How to login mcp with expired mc id

Question

Hi

I have received my microsoft office specialist (excel office 2016) certification in 2021 but at that time I was so busy and didn't notice that the code used for login mcp and link the certificate with microsoft account would expired within 90 days.

Now I'm really confused how to make my expired microsoft certification id be able to login one time again to attach this cert to my mcp profile.

I still hold the printed form of this certification.
