Please open your registry editor and navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\VisualStudio\Setup
Please modify the value data of SharedInstallationPath to the new drive (Before editing, please back-up the data).
Then, check that your VS2022 is working properly.
