I use the Microsoft Authenticator app, and I've already registered some emails to better protect them. I recently decided to delete some of these emails registered in the app. They really don't generate codes anymore, but the address still appears on the app's home page in grayscale, my question is how to delete these listed emails from the app that I'm no longer using?
You can delete the accounts from the device. For example, on my android phone it is in Settings\Passwords & accounts
