I can't not set my profile as a student profile. Connect certification profile is not working

Question

I'm following steps to set my profile as a student profile, I have already sign in with my university email address. I try to "connect certification profile" but after login in with my university authentication it redirected me back to the page and nothing changes. How can I set my profile as student profile?
