I have an issue related to Microsoft certificate that I got

On 30th June, I gave Microsoft exam and cleared that exam and the passing criteria was 700, I got 766 marks and received a certificate from Microsoft.

But my certificate shows that you have passed all requirements for Microsoft certification. but I saw my classmates passing exams they got achievement certificates but, I didn't.

the certificate is the same as my classmate but, but the difference is that I got a passed certificate instead of getting an achievement certificate the credential Id is also mentioned, and online verifiable is also mentioned there, could you please help me?
