Clean Install Windows 11 to computer that had windows 10

I have an Alienware Aurora I bought in 2020 that has been having a lot of problems lately. The bluetooth randomly stopped working and now it keeps claiming that it has no bluetooth ability and that I have to install an external adapter, despite being built with an internal one. I contacted microsoft and was told to do a reset, so I did, and now EVERYTHING is messed up and I can't update drivers or anything.

It came with windows 10 home, and after some time I got a notification saying Windows 11 was available and I could upgrade for free, so I did. I don't have a license key or anything for windows 11, and I login to my computer with an email and a pin, not with my microsoft account.

Settings says Windows is Activated with a digital license to my account. On the microsoft support reddit thread, I was told that the version of windows 11 I have is for developers, not home users, and I need to do a clean reinstall of the home windows 11 version. I tried to download it onto an external hard drive, but now I'm afraid that if I try to install it, it's going to say I don't have a license and I will have to buy a new one, which I definitely don't have the money for and shouldn't have to do anyway.

My graphics card drivers won't update, which is the main problem I'm dealing with - when I try to do anything graphically intensive in the slightest, one of my screens will flicker and sometimes turn off and my computer sounds like it's about to take off into orbit. It did not have this problem before the reset and I was able to update the drivers just fine. SupportAssist for alienware isn't working either, and just tells me repeatedly that it's taking longer than usual to load and I should restart my computer, no matter how many times I do so.

I have the drivers downloaded and the NVIDIA program that downloads the updates and all. I have tried to use this program, and SupportAssist, but SupportAssist never loads and when I try to install the downloaded driver updates it says they are not compatible with the version of windows I have.

In Settings, it says that the version of windows I have is Windows 11 Home Edition, but when I went into the build edition, it says Windows 11 OS build is version 22H2 (OS Build 22621.1928) which is not the edition I need so I can update things and run standard programs and all.

Bluetooth still isn't working, it says that there is no bluetooth adapter installed - despite the computer coming with an internal one - and that I need to add an adapter to enable bluetooth, despite having been using bluetooth up until these problems all started.

I do a lot of work with graphics and animation so I really need my graphics card working. I need to be able to do a clean install of an appropriate OS that I can update as needed and that will actually function. How do I do this with what my computer came with?

Make sure the manufacturer's chipset has been installed. The chipset allows the operating system to find and use devices integrated into the mother board.

Plug in the service tag at the dell site for all of the downloads.

The service tag is on a sticker likely on the bottom of the device or a wild guess is the chipset and drivers here.

the nvidia program that is supposed to install them

The chipset will need to be installed as first step. The chipset allows the operating system to find and use devices integrated into the mother board.
