Edge (IE8 Enterprise) displays larger screen

It is displayed on a separate screen with window.open from the menu.

If you set the menu and separate screen to edge (IE8 Enterprise)

The screen size will be displayed larger than specified.

For the time being, I want to use it at the same time on windows7 IE8, so I can't simply specify a smaller size.

Does it mean you opened the new window(in IE mode 8) using window.open() function?

Could you provide more details about the code that can reproduce this issue? I tried something like this, and it works normal. The size of opened are the same in Edge and IE mode.
