I am unable to see my recently cleared microsoft certificate in my account

Hi ,

I am facing a problem regarding to my certification. I cleared AZ 900 exam on 30th june 2023 , however I could not see the certificate in my account yet!! .

When I check my email confirmation from Microsoft regarding my exam result I could see the MCID is different it seems Microsoft sent my result to that ID . My actual profile MCID is different.

Could you please assist me to send my certificate to my correct profile MCID?.
