Can't edit my application

I haven't been able to edit my marketplace application for 1.5 months. It says, 'Your application to the Minecraft Partner Program is in an unknown state.' Has my application been rejected? If it has, why didn't I receive any message, and how can I submit a new application(When the applications opens)? If it hasn't been rejected, why can't I edit the application?
