Hi All,
I've lost my login details (username/email/password) and unable to sign in to my MS Certification profile.
Can someone please guide me how I can log back to my account to retrieve my MS certificates/transcripts that I obtained in the past?

Thanks for your help.
I really can't remember my MCID number and don't have access to my old email account (which I can't remember what it is as it's over 10 years now).
I only hope if I can provide my details to either Microsoft or PearsonVue test center to they can help to transfer my records to my new MS account.
How would I go about that?
