My school account is disabled. I am the only one on it, I am the administrator, cannot login

I have a work/school account for doing courses on Power Bi
My authenticator app is not working and I cannot access my account.
I am in a circle where I need to add the account to the authenticator app and it requires the authenticator app to do so.
I am going crazy!!

    The school admins will need to be reach out to for an account reset.
