Auto storage option disappeared

Hello everyone,

Since upgrading to o365, I've noticed that some users have 2 versions of Outlook.

In the one that seems to be the most recent, the automatic archiving option has disappeared.

I'm attaching what appears on the version where archiving is still present. These two options are no longer visible on the new version.

Do you have any idea where I can find the automatic archiving option?

Hi @Romain IGAU ,

Are you referring to the new version of Outlook for windows? If so, as far as I know, currently new version of Outlook only supports manual Archive, not Auto Archive.

1. Click the folder on the left where your emails are located.
2. Select the emails you’d like to archive from the right pane.
3. Click the option that says Archive in the top menu bar.

The new Outlook is not yet complete, and some options may not be available or work as expected. You can switch back to the classic Outlook at any time by clicking the toggle button in the top right corner of the window.
