A new-found problem that seems to have not been covered yet has occured in our organisation and I hope someone can help us with this:

If one of our company's accounts is being called (either by video or voice call) and he accepts the call (again no matter if he accepts with video or just voice), the caller is being transferred to his voicemail instead. He cann call people without any issues and his status is on available.

Thank you in advance to anyone with an idea.

    Hi @C.Scholz

Does the Teams web client have the same problem?

Does this problem happen all the time?

There could be several possible causes for this issue, such as your phone’s settings, your network coverage, or your Teams account settings. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem:

    • Make sure your Do Not Disturb mode is turned off.
    • Check whether the caller's number is blocked on the client side.
    • Check if call forwarding is enabled in the settings.
    • Cut off whether external devices, such as Bluetooth, are interfering with calls.
    • Check if your Teams account’s voicemail settings are configured properly.
    • Check if your Teams account’s call answering rules are set correctly.

For more details about managing voicemail settings, you could refer to:

Hope this helps! Moreover, if the above is not your scenario or I have misunderstood anything, please correct me and provide us with detailed information about the issue including the screenshot so that we can better understand to further assist you.
