How to fix action wanted after recover my account on another Smartphone?

I wanted to move my authenticator to my new phone. So I backed up the Account on my "old" phone on a cloud. Then I recovered the backup to the new phone. "Action wanted" appears as error message on all my accounts in the authenticator, what is the problem here?
