Some guest users were removed from Azure by mistake. When added back and given access to OneDrive they are receiving this error message (below). Search for solutions, I found that guest users are also stored on something called "People and Groups" (which has no documentation and is very limited) and if we delete their name from this site, then add them to Azure, then give them access to OneDrive it appears to work. Our understanding is we can add guest users to Azure and provide them access to specific OneDrive folders, and if we delete them from Azure then they lose access to those folders. We have no idea what the "People and Groups" does or why we need to access this third site to manage our users or why these users are not able to access the folders.Error

    Hi @Flashpoint Management, LP,

As per my experience, after re-adding the guest user to your Azure AD and wait for a while, the guest user should be able to access the sharing link again. So, I want to know what you said "People and Group" is? Could you please attach a screenshot here? Thanks.
