A while back my laptop started to only work when plugged into an external monitor but recently when I turned it on it started fixing errors and I was able to use it without an external monitor. Later I left my laptop on and it went into sleep mode then when I turned it back on the built in monitor stopped working again. So I plugged it into an external monitor and tried to reboot it in safe mode so I could use the built in display again but instead of going into safe mode the laptop wouldn't boot up at all. When I turn it on all it does is turn rgb keyboard and thats it, it doesn't turn on the fans when I turn it on so it gets very hot. I have a gigabyte aorus 15p with Intel core i7 and Nvidia rtx 3060. Is there a way to fix this without spending money?

Sounds doubtful. Sounds like the hardware has failed. The manufacturer will be your best resource to trouble shoot problems with your hardware.
