Knowledge base file type is excell but it's not uploading

I am not able upload my knowledge base in the service.

    1. Access Azure Portal: Sign in to the Azure portal (portal.azure.com) using your Azure account credentials.
    2. Create a QnA Maker resource: In the Azure portal, click on the "Create a resource" button and search for "QnA Maker." Select the "QnA Maker" resource from the list of services.
    3. Create a new knowledge base: In the QnA Maker service creation page, click on the "Create" button to start creating a new knowledge base.
    4. Configure your knowledge base:
    • Provide a name for your knowledge base.
    • Choose the appropriate Azure subscription.
    • Select the desired resource group or create a new one.
    • Choose the appropriate pricing tier based on your requirements.
    • Select the appropriate region for your knowledge base.
    1. Set up your knowledge base:
    • Specify the type of knowledge base you want to create (URL-based, file-based, or QnA pairs).
    • Depending on the type chosen, provide the necessary information such as the URL of the FAQ or the file containing the QnA pairs. If you select QnA pairs, you will be prompted to enter the questions and answers manually.
    • Configure additional settings as per your needs, such as language, default answer, etc.
    1. Create and deploy your knowledge base: Once you have provided the required information and configured the settings, click on the "Create" or "Deploy" button to create and deploy your knowledge base.
    2. Monitor the deployment process: The deployment process may take a few minutes. You can monitor the progress in the Azure portal or wait for a notification indicating the successful deployment.
    3. Test and use your knowledge base: Once the knowledge base is deployed, you can test it by asking questions through the QnA Maker portal or integrate it into your application or website using the provided endpoint.
