Can the default settings for automatically saving screenshots in Snipping Tool be changed from on to off for all users who are using Microsoft managed devices?

I know an individual user can change the automatic saving of screenshots using Snipping Tool from on to off. However, can an organisation using MMDs change the settings so that it defaults to off for all users?

For this issue, there is no setting can make it via intune. Please understand what intune can do is based on windows CSPs provided.

Based on my research, I didn't find any related CSPs. So, it is needed to confirm if windows will provide such CSP. And then intune will have a chance to make it in the future.
