Looking for a way to sync TODO tasks created in Outlook via drag and drop emails into Microsoft Teams Planner shared with paralegal

Hi, I have been trying different methods I have found through the community using power automate and different flows, but I feel like there is a much easier and more streamlined way to do accomplish what I am trying to do. Any insight would be helpful.

I am looking for a way to avoid emailing tasks to my paralegal ( sometimes multiple emails on the same matter back to back). We both agree that a shared task list is best so that everything is centralized and we can both the status of her tasks and she can make notes regarding progress and whatnot. I currently have a Microsoft "Team" set up in the Teams app with my paralegal. We have managed to create a Tab called "tasks". I have tried syncing Microsoft TODO with planner so that I can drag and drop emails into the TODO feature, and change the title of the email in TODO to the actual task. Then she can open the email that I am referencing. However those tasks are not showing up on planner and often times do not allow her to open up the actual email that may contain the specifics for that task.

So essentially I am looking for a way to task my paralegal by creating some type of automation where I can drag and drop an email into the Microsoft TODO pane on the right of page and have that email convert to a task on the planner task feature on teams. That way I can add specifics to that task and clarifications in the notes sections on teams instead of flooding her inbox on outlook. Also it makes it much easier for me to create a task that way instead of having to "assign" or create any new lists. She will be able to organize her planner into bucket categories as she wants, I just need a streamlined and automated way to make sure they get to her using just Outlook. Can someone please provide some guidance?
