aerotech fail to dynamic library in windows 6

Hi,

I use a lab computer which is windows 6. I just update a new software and my aerotech told me fail to dynamic library in windows 6 in the system.The technician told me it is not a aerotech problem and might be related to the windows system.Will anything might be influence?Thanks
