Gostaria que o texto para voz ficasse igual ao exemplo que está da Francisca

Estou usando esse código para converter o texto em fala:

Não está ficando com a mesma qualidade e não tão suave quanto a do exemplo da Francisca Neural.

Poderia me ajudar a identificar o que estou fazendo de errado? 

Estou usando PHP. 
Estou usando a API REST.
