Device is running Windows 10 Home edition.
I downloaded MSDN Windows 10 (Business edition), version 22H2 (Updated June 2023) and want to replace W10 Home with W10 Professional edition.
Rebooting from USB device I go through the install wizard but there is no option to select W10 Professional edition. When the wizard completes, I end up with W10 Home.
What procedure do I need to follow to replace W10 Home with W10 Professional edition?

Try changing the product key.
slmgr /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
slmgr /ato
