How do I add SharePoint to my 365 account? And, can non-account holders interact on Sharerpoint with me?

Please ask your organization's IT administrator (Global Administrator) to assign a SharePoint license to you. If you need to share files with people outside your organization, ask the IT administrator to enable external sharing and invite the intended recipients as guests.
