Open Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator.
At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
sfc /scannow
I still have a blue box around things & narrator is turned off.

I still have a blue box & narrator has been turned off since February when I first had the issue. I went back in & turned it on & off again as well as the keyboard shortcut & have restarted the computer multiple times. The blue box still apears on everything I do even though the program shows that it's turned completely off. I have Windows 11.
