Duan Zheng Greetings & Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

OpenAI has just announced that the GPT-4 model is now available for every paid user, so when will Azure keep up with?

Our focus with Azure OpenAI Service is to provide a trusted, enterprise-grade platform that enables customers to apply OpenAI’s rapidly advancing models safely and responsibly.

When OpenAI releases new models, Azure OpenAI performs all possible checks before releasing to customers and that's why models are not available immediately.

When a new model is released and available for Azure OpenAI customers, Azure AI services Blog page and What's new in Azure OpenAI Service page will be updated with more details.

Also, Azure OpenAI now supports automatic updates for select model deployments.

    Hope this information helps.
