How to untick Network Connection from the Public Profile Properties

I have problem with Firewall.

I have installed WSL and configure UBUNUT 22. When public profile is enable, and I ping to FQDN at that time getting "Temporary failure in name resolution error". And When i disable public profile at that time the FQDN resolution is work.

So i found vEthernet (WSL) is blocking from the public profile, So i want untick vEthernet (WSL) adaptor using powershell or Command line or GPEDIT.
