Can Microsoft Teams record external calls?

Question

I would like to implement external calling for my business, but it's important that our calling system has call queues and be able to record external calls. Does Teams have these capabilities?

Yes,as above said, Microsoft Teams can record external calls. To enable call recording, you need to have the appropriate licensing and permissions. Once enabled, you can choose which users or groups are allowed to record calls and configure settings such as where the recordings are stored and how long they are retained.
