I am not able to create a new Azure subscription with my Outlook id

Question

I am a beginner and want to create a free subscription on azure with my Mastercard Debit card. But to my surprise, whenever I am trying to submit, giving all the relevant details like card number, cvv, name on card, it always is showing error like "Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card." To my surprise, I have been trying to give atleast 5 mastercard details and all of them got rejected showing the same error. I am not putting any wrong information as the details are quite straightforward and one has to only copy the contents from physical card. Hence I think, it might have happened due to the login id which I have created in outlook.

Azure team kindly let me know what is the issue and how I can proceed. I really want to do some hands on and gain some expertise in this cloud ecosystem.

Hi Rajashri,

If you have used that Card before to create a Azure Free Subscription, it will not work.

If you haven't used that It might be some technical glitch. I also faced the same issue a month ago. I tried in another machine and It worked so pls try this.
