how can i reacivate my account

I have a problem with my account, it is deactivated due to lack of payment, but I am supposed to be able to pay it until July.

Our credit cards have been stolen and are all blocked, so I need time to pay the bill.

What are the possibilities?

I can't open a case because I have a standard plan.
