Desativar Assistente de Compatibilidade no Windows 11

Olá, boa tarde!

Não consigo instalar um programa do governo, por causa desse assistente de compatibilidade.

Já tentei nas propriedades do arquivo (antes de instalar) marcar a execução do aplicativo por outro Windows e não funcionou, quero desativar esse assistente.

    You can turn off the Program Compatibility Assistant service in Windows 11 by following these steps:

    • Click Start, type Services.msc in the Start Search box.
    • Scroll down the list of services, right-click Program Compatibility Assistant service and select Stop.
