Outlook not syncing between pc's using same account, mainly sent messages

So i have 2 pc's running windows with office365 and problem is with outlook.

When i send an email from one pc we cannot see this on the other pc so we are having to go through sent messages on 2 different pc's

Both are signed in on same account?

Any advice please

    He, I am facing the same issue with one of My employee. The mails sent thru other pc or mobile is not syncing. Now mails or either coming or going. And mails are not getting emptied from delete folder. For an instance if we delete mails from delete folder it does the process of deleting and in the end IT says mails not deleted from this folder and all mails mails reappear.

    Hi @simon moss

    If the issue is the sent items folder not syncing in other Outlook clients than the client which sent the email, to me this may be the expected behavior.

    As it may take some time for Outlook to sync with the server.

    If you would like to speed up/force the sync, please click Send/Receive>Send/Receive all folders to see if it can help with this issue.
