Hi,
I have an Azure AD Free account and an Azure AD workload Free license but whenever I go into any details of the account it says I do not have access even when going into billing section to delete my account it wont show up and is showing an error it just shows I need to log in again, below are the details;

I just wanted to know why I have an Azure AD account that I did not pay for and why I cannot remove it.
