    Hi,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.

1,Please make sure that your SCCM console credential (account) is part of the built-in local administrator group. By default, the remote control access is granted to those who part of "Administrators" group on the target computer. You may try running the remote control as Administrator (start the SCCM console as Administrator).

2,Another potential solution is to verify that the SCCM Remote Tools Agent is installed and running on the client computer. You can check the status of the service by running "services.msc" and looking for the "SMS Agent Host" service. If it is not running, try starting it manually.

3,You can also try to restart the client computer.

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Simon

    Hi @,

    Thanks for your reply.

==>These users (permitted users) should be also add in local administrator group on that client pc??

Yes, these users (permitted users) should be added in local "Administrators" group on the target client PC. You can manually add them to have a try.

Thanks for your time. Have a nice day!

    Best regards,

    Simon
