My desktop is laggy but only the part with icons and every thing else is working fine

So idk why but recently the icons part of my pc has started to slow and become laggy but only that like the hot bar and every thing else include ing running programmes run fine and idk why?

    Open File Explorer > Folder Options > Views to show Hidden System Files.

    Next, go to C:\Users%username%\AppData\Local folder.

    Delete the hidden IconCache. db file. Reboot.

    Now recheck the issue.
