Rest Service Endpoint of Winget offline

Hello,

Since last week, the rest service endpoint of WinGet appears to be offline. This means that the WinGet application cannot reach the endpoint which also serves the connection to the microsoft store (msstore)

Can you please bring this endpoint online please?

I'm now receiving the following message when executing 'WinGet upgrade --all' :

C:\WINDOWS\system32>winget upgrade -r -u
Failed when searching source: msstore
An unexpected error occurred while executing the command:
0x8a150044 : The rest source endpoint is not found.
I suppose the endpoint needs to be restarted.
