I raised support ticket to handle an identity issue on my b2c tenant. 2307040030001031
the support guys says he need transfer to the identity team.
then I had been waiting for weeks without any feed back.
How do I track the progress?

I fully understand your request and I would be sharing my 2 cents here below:
If i am not mistaken your ticket should have been queued to the Billing and subscription management team. Furthermore, you can open a separate ticket with them if you want merged in some way the support ticket stated before as well.
You can monitor or track your support ticket progress by looking at the Azure portal.
