Computer and Handy use same email but different accounts and don't know each other?

I'm having a problem with Microsoft's Authenticator app. At that time, I logged in to the app on my old mobile phone. I have an email from my company, which I used for this. Now I downloaded the app on my new mobile phone and was able to log in without any problems. Now I wanted to log in to the computer with my account and he asked for a boring check that I supposedly find on the app. But the code doesn't get there. I then found out that you get a generated code from the app, which you can then enter in the computer. However, the computer says that this code is incorrect. So I'm in the account on the mobile phone, but can't get into the account in the browser because the browser seems to know a different account than my mobile phone.
