Fix Word in-text citation problem.

I have a problem with references in Word that I don't know how to fix. I've tried uninstalling everything and I didn't work.

First, I've been using Mendeley as a citation program for references. Later, I started using Zotero. Both of them worked excelent. Finally, I installed EndNote, yet I didn't like it. The problem was when uninstalled EndNote.

All references become like the higlighted (gray) image below. When I copy-paste the text to Notepad, the problem dissapeared. However, every text I opened from Word with Mendeley, Zotero or EndNote ref appears like it. I don't know what to do.

    The document appears to display field codes. To hide them, press Alt+F9 (or Alt+Fn+F9 on some keyboards).
