Missing Certifaction of my passed Exam

Hello Community

I took the MS-100 exam yesterday and I passed it. But I did not get a certificate for it! Also no proof about Cerdly.com. I got just a Microsoft certification ID from Microsoft!!

How should I find the Link of Cerdly.com for proof of my Certificataion?
