email receiving issue on a specific user

Hi , Everyone
Hope you all will be fine, i am using exchange server 2013 and facing an issue with a specific user regarding his receiving email. that specific user is unable to receive email from 4 days while he can send email successfully . Please help if anyone can..

    Hi @Majid Hussain ,

    In order to understand your question more clearly, we have a few questions to confirm with you:

    1. You mentioned "unable to receive email from 4 days", so did the user receive the email on the 4th day or never? If it's never received, is it the same whether it's external or internal? How about the user sends a mail to himself?
    2. Did the sender receive any NDR?
    3. Are both OWA and Outlook checked? And checked all folders (including Junk Email etc.)? Or you can use "search" directly to check.
    4. Have you made relevant changes before the problem occurred, such as setting up related "mail flow rules"?

    You can also check the Delivery report or using the Get-messagetrackinglog and see if any clues can be found about the missing mails.

    Hi Shaofan,

    thanks for your kind response,

    1. User unable to receive email internal and external from 05-07-23 till to date. and also unable to receive himself.
    2. no user is also unable to receive any NDR.
    3. Both outlook and owa checked. issue is the same. Junk email received 05-07-23 thats contents was below, POSSIBLE ERROR IN "user mail address" MAIL SERVER: MESSAGES WILL BE DELETED AFTER 72HRS There's several undelivered messages due to mail server malfunctioning in your "user mail address" mail server.These mails will be cleared from your mail server log after 72hrs if no action is taken.You have from 7/5/2023 9:18:46 p.m. till the next 72hrs to fix this error.Kindly, use the below button to login and relsove this problem.Until its resolved, you won't be able to recieve all your messages.
    4. No i didn't made any change in mail flow rules.

    Furthermore i also used below command to resolve the issue,

    New-MailboxRepairRequest -Mailbox "user email address" -CorruptionType ProvisionedFolder,SearchFolder,AggregateCounts,Folderview

    and status of this command is below,
