In order to understand your question more clearly, we have a few questions to confirm with you:
- You mentioned "unable to receive email from 4 days", so did the user receive the email on the 4th day or never? If it's never received, is it the same whether it's external or internal? How about the user sends a mail to himself?
- Did the sender receive any NDR?
- Are both OWA and Outlook checked? And checked all folders (including Junk Email etc.)? Or you can use "search" directly to check.
- Have you made relevant changes before the problem occurred, such as setting up related "mail flow rules"?
You can also check the Delivery report or using the Get-messagetrackinglog and see if any clues can be found about the missing mails.
