Add "Other Email"

I'm an admin, I can update "Other emails" inside the user, in Azure AD "user overview" one by one. But when each user tries to update a secondary email, in the manage account option in the user profile icon, it only provides inside Security the possibility to add another email and it does not show the email anywhere for admins to see it.

Is there any other place users can update the secondary email that can be saved in the Microsoft accounts for admins to see? I can add them one by one but it will take a lot of time to update as I will have to ask everybody to provide a secondary email and then add it one by one in users overview option.
