How to forec Purview to use pre-existing Exchange online White/Black listing

Since Purview became the main "go to" regarding email security it is not using the preexisting white and black listing that we've set up over the previous 24 months. How can I force Purview to use the preexisting whitelisting and blacklisting

    Hi @ John Rice,

    Just want to confirm how your whitelist and blacklist are preset?

    If you preset entries in the Microsoft 365 Defender portal Tenant Allow/Block List, it should start working 99.999% of the time after adding the allow/ block entry.
