How to transfer SharePoint from on-premises to cloud for viewing?

Hello, good afternoon,

I have a lot of on-premises data, and I want to transfer user access to the cloud. Does anyone know the step-by-step process to do this? I already have SQL Server integrated with SharePoint, and I have created sites and everything. However, I now need to transfer this data to the cloud so that users can access it beyond the local environment.
