Hi,
I create the project in unity and build. and when I run from visual studio 2019 then deploy will work after that I got an error the error is Boot strapper could not connect to the machine.
I am using Holo Lens emulator 2 in visual studio to play my build.
My PC configuration is
Window 10 pro
RAM 16GB
Graphic Directx 12
Kindly tell me what I do now.

What is the version of your emulator? What is the exact version of your PC? Is it possible to manually start the emulator? You can first refer to the troubleshooting in Using the HoloLens Emulator - Mixed Reality | Microsoft Learn.
