Password forgotten of the Microsoft Learning Personal ID

I've forgotten the password of my Microsoft Learning Personal ID. This Personal ID is linked with my Partner Center Account which has been used for certifications and badges previously.

Please let me know if there is a workaround it.

If I create a new Learning Account and link it with my Partner Center Account, would I lose all of my previous certifications and badges?

Please let me know if there is a way to dissociate the older account and associate a new Learning Account with my Partner Center account while keeping the older badges intact
