As in the picture, I moved my mails in my pst files, I moved them to the inbox of my newly established mail, but during the transfer, all my mails were not moved and my pst file was empty. What's the solution?

    Hi @Cengiz Menteşe ,

From the image you shared, seems like the mails inside the PST files were received years ago. If your primary mailbox is running in Exchange cached mode, it's likely that the moved mails are not visible due to the cached mode settings.

You can switch to Online mode or move the slider under Offline Settings to the end so that all mails can be downloaded offline. Then you can perform a search using some keywords to see if the moved mails can be found.

    1. Click File > Account Settings > Account Settings.
    2. Select the primary Exchange account, and then click Change.
    3. Under Offline Settings, move the slider to the desired amount of time. Click Next and then restart Outlook.

By the way, considering that it's a public community, I've just edited your original post by obfuscating the email addresses in the image you shared.

    Hi @Yuki Sun-MSFT

It helped me a lot thank you very much.

I set the date but it didn't work.

The problem is that when I moved my two-year-old pst file to the microsoft exhange inbox I just set up, my mails got lost.

my filter range is date and i set the date to be the newest top.

    Hi @Cengiz Menteşe ,

In case the mails are hidden by view, please follow the steps below and see if it can work:
(I've noticed that you were using POP previously, but I think the methods below still worth trying in current situation.)

    1. From your Outlook inbox, select View > Change View.
    2. Select the IMAP Messages folder if this option is available.
