Power BI - Create a unique column based on the other columns

Hello everyone!

I'm a beginner on Power BI, i need some help on Power BI, please.

I'm making a report on Power Bi about investments, some asks have multiple choices and that choices are transformed into columns, but not in unique column... so, how can i do a unique column with this multiple choices of each participant?

Obs. The multiple choices are columns ("33.25.1", "33.25.2") and the answer of participants are lines.

I don't know if it's possible to do this.
