    Hello there,

If Windows fails to load after installing update KB5027215, it indicates that there may be an issue with the update installation or compatibility. Here are a few steps you can take to address this problem:

Start in Safe Mode: Restart your computer and repeatedly press the F8 key before the Windows logo appears. This will bring up the Advanced Boot Options menu. From there, select "Safe Mode" to start Windows in a limited state. If Windows loads successfully in Safe Mode, proceed to the next steps.

Uninstall the Problematic Update: Open the Control Panel and navigate to "Programs" or "Programs and Features" (depending on your Windows version). Click on "View installed updates" or "Installed Updates." Locate update KB5027215 in the list of installed updates, right-click on it, and select "Uninstall." Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the uninstallation.

System Restore: If uninstalling the update does not resolve the issue, you can try performing a System Restore to revert your computer to a previous state before the update was installed. Boot into Safe Mode, open the Start menu, type "System Restore," and launch the corresponding utility. Follow the prompts to choose a restore point and initiate the restoration process.

Windows Startup Repair: If the above steps do not solve the problem, you can try using the Windows Startup Repair feature. Boot into the Windows Recovery Environment by repeatedly pressing the F8 key during startup. Select "Repair your computer" and choose the option for Startup Repair. Follow the on-screen instructions to let Windows attempt to repair any startup issues.

Check Hardware and Drivers: If none of the above solutions work, it's worth checking for any hardware or driver issues that may be causing the problem. Ensure that all your hardware components are properly connected, and consider updating or reinstalling device drivers if necessary.

Hope this resolves your Query !!
