    Hi @Mark McIntosh ,

Currently new Outlook doesn't support the option "Add Shared Mailboxs to Favorites", and the development team is planning to support this feature in a future update.

Microsoft has collected this feedback and you can vote through this link:

Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.

I'm having the same problem, I added the shared mailbox and I don't receive the new emails, I have to close the app and start it again to see them. In the app there is no option to manually click Send/receive.

    Hi @Mark McIntosh ,

From your description, you are encountering a problem with shared mailboxes.

In order to verify, do you mean that the shared mailbox you added manually in the classic version of Outlook will not be displayed when you switch to the new Outlook for Windows? If so, you may need to add them manually to the navigation pane. To add a shared mailbox or folder to the folder pane in the new Outlook for Windows:

    1. Navigate to Mail and right-click your email address in the left folder pane.
    2. Select Add shared folder or mailbox
    3. Enter the name or email address of the person who shared the mailbox with you in the dialog box and click Add.

Since the new Outlook is not yet complete, and some options may not be available or work as expected. You can switch back to the classic Outlook at any time by clicking the toggle button in the top right corner of the window.
