Did you enter the key correctly? Please refer to this link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/reporting-services/install-windows/find-reporting-services-product-key-ssrs?view=sql-server-ver16, or look for the Product Activation Key (PID), which is stored on the installation media at the following location: \x64\DefaultSetup.ini.

(Pacific Time) to speak directly to a Microsoft licensing specialist. Or you can go to Volume Licensing Service Center support. Please choose region/language and choose to call or have web.
